Overview

How to Cancel an Order
Log into your account and go to My Orders.
Click the "Cancel" button next to the item you want to cancel.
If the button is not visible, your order has already shipped.

Return Window
You can return most items for a full refund within 14–30 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
Refund Process
Free Returns: Return shipping is free for all eligible items. We will provide a prepaid shipping label.
